Announcing the winners of the 2nd annual Asia Pacific Real Estate Awards from a stellar gala dinner and ceremony, April 10th, 2008 from The Westin Bund Center in Shanghai, PRC.
Leading firms and individuals within the dynamic real estate markets in the Asia Pacific Region gathered to witness the anticipated celebration.
Shanghai, China, April 10th, 2008, Mr. Craig Smith - Publisher and founder of AsiaCRE.com, a leading commercial real estate media firm and organizers of high-impact events and conferences throughout the world, commented on this year’s event, “the atmosphere was electric as representatives from leading real estate firms mixed during the VIP reception. This marked our second annual event and the guests were not disappointed as the ceremonies revealed this year’s winners. But let’s not forget the many well deserving semi-finalists whose achievements were brilliant in their own right.”
The evening’s gala event ceremonies were kicked off by the Master of Ceremonies, Mr. Craig Smith, ECE Property Media Publisher & Mr. Bert Figearo, Director, with commendation presentations for recognition of achievements within specific markets and categories.
Main Awards followed in categories from five groupings: Company of the Year, Design Firm of the Year, Project of the Year, Overall Award for Most Accomplished Development, and the new categories for Sustainable Projects (Commercial and Urban) featuring green projects in China.

Asia Trends 2008 Conference
